With a successful track record as a Commercial Manager in the energy sector, she has led operational excellence initiatives, managed complex, multidisciplinary contracts, and delivered strong commercial results.
Currently working as a consultant in the energy industry, Tracey brings a sharp commercial lens and a high-performance mindset to every project. She is also deeply committed to her community, serving as Deputy Chair and Trustee of the Taranaki Community Rugby Trust, which supports the development of grassroots rugby.
She is known for her strengths in business unit leadership, strategy development, and supply chain governance. She is passionate about creating positive community impact and fostering opportunities for youth through sport.
Outgoing Chair:
Basketball Taranaki would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to Jason Rolfe, who steps down after three years of exemplary leadership as Chair.
Jason guided the organisation through significant change, including overseeing Basketball Taranaki's achievement as a BBNZ Tier 1 Large Organisation and facilitating the re-registration under the 2022 Incorporated Societies Act.
His passion for basketball has been evident throughout his tenure. Jason will remain on the Board until his rotation in 2026. We wish him and Christina all the best as they focus on family and Jason’s new role at FMG.
